Decarbonizing land transport, developing a hydrogen strategy and driving the energy transition, alongside digital transformation and smart cities, are at the heart of this commitment to innovation for the sustainable mobility of tomorrow.
By joining this community, launched by the Michelin Group in 2017 and now bringing together more than 300 public and private stakeholders, the Adecco Group aims to address the sustainable mobility challenges of the future by placing skills at the heart of the circular economy and the energy and technology transition. This commitment, born from a conversation between Florent Menegaux, President of the Michelin Group, and Denis Machuel, CEO of the Adecco Group, at the most recent Choose France summit, reflects the ambition to put people at the heart of the transformation of our organizations. Through its various businesses – Akkodis, LHH and Adecco – the Adecco Group aims to be the strategic partner in digital engineering, employment and training, supporting mobility stakeholders as they lead change.
To achieve this, The Adecco Group, through the sector experts and solutions provided by Adecco, LHH and Akkodis, is committed to:
• Taking part in discussions on innovative sustainable mobility solutions, particularly the decarbonization of land transport and the technology transition – building on its work in the industrial, automotive and transport sectors;
• Contributing to identifying and developing the skills needed for tomorrow’s economy by anticipating needs and upskilling talent;
• Taking part in research and development by supporting the work of Movin’On Communities of Interest, such as “Upskilling Europe”, launched on February 13.
The mobility sector, a longstanding and strategic area of activity for Akkodis and the Adecco Group as a whole, is undergoing profound change. Against this backdrop, our participation in the Movin'On ecosystem gives us an opportunity to help bring new technical solutions to the fore through our innovation policy, while accelerating the transformation of our skills to support our customers in implementing them.
