Movin’On launches Bleu Blanc Move to co-create 20 proposals and advance mobility in local communities ahead of the 2026 municipal elections

The ambition is to promote 20 new or proven proposals, tailored to local realities and ready to be deployed by municipalities and intermunicipal authorities across France:

  • 10 proposals for major cities

  • 10 proposals for less densely populated areas

These proposals will address both passenger and freight mobility.

An invitation to contribute to a collective initiative

The proposals received were assessed by a group of experts from the Movin’On community.

To be selected among the 20, proposals had to meet five criteria:

  • Potential: ability to address the various challenges of sustainable mobility

  • Feasibility: within the scope of a municipal or intermunicipal mandate

  • Measurable impact: tangible benefits for residents and stakeholders

  • Replicability: solutions that can be adapted to other areas.

  • Credibility: positive feedback from real-world experience, with a viable or low-cost business model and stakeholders already identified

With Bleu Blanc Move, we are continuing to develop pragmatic responses to the major challenges facing mobility by co-creating tailored, realistic and transferable solutions with stakeholders. Our ambition is clear: to accelerate the implementation of sustainable mobility solutions and bring existing pilot projects to scale. Bleu Blanc Move will enable us to amplify this work everywhere and for everyone, starting with the opportunity presented by the upcoming municipal elections.

Gaël Quéinnec - Chief Executive Officer, Movin'On

  • Proposals assessed by a community of experts
