The pandemic has transformed the way we view work and travel. According to the latest Movin’On study conducted by Kantar, 18- to 34-year-olds have little time for outdated mobility conventions. Their guiding principle? Combining different modes and options to suit their needs. As advocates of remote work, they reject the idea of having to commute to company offices every day. As attitudes evolve, this younger generation is embracing “hybrid travel”. They want to travel less often but for longer, creating experiences that combine work and tourism.
Joining us to discuss this are:
• Leslie Belton Chevallier, Sociologist specialising in mobility and co-author of the Handbook of the Sociology of Geographical Mobilities.
• Benoît Serre, Deputy Vice-President of the French National Association of Human Resources Directors (ANDRH)
• Karim Malak, Managing Director of the Adagio France hotel brand.
