Movin’On launches “Bleu Blanc Move” to co-create 20 proposals and advance mobility across territories ahead of the 2026 local elections.
This collaborative initiative is designed to fuel public debate and inform the policy platforms of candidates in the municipal elections with realistic solutions.
The ambition is to promote 20 sustainable mobility proposals, whether new or already proven, tailored to local realities and ready to be implemented by municipalities and inter-municipal authorities across France.
These proposals will address both the mobility of people and goods.
- 10 proposals for large cities
- 10 proposals for less densely populated areas

The proposals received were assessed by a panel of experts from the Movin’On community. The 20 selected proposals meet the following five criteria:
- Potential: ability to address various sustainable mobility challenges.
- Feasibility: within the scope of a municipal or intercommunal term. dans le cadre d’un mandat municipal ou intercommunal.
- Measurable impact: tangible benefits for residents and stakeholders.
- Replicability: solutions that can be adapted to other territories.
- Credibility: retours d’expérience positifs avec un modèle économique viable ou peu coûteux, et des acteurs déjà identifié
