Together, let’s formulate 20 proposals to advance sustainable mobility in our territories.

With Bleu Blanc Move, Movin’On, the collective of purpose-driven companies dedicated to sustainable mobility, aims to enrich public debate and the platforms of municipal election candidates with realistic solutions.

The ambition is to promote 20 sustainable mobility proposals, either new or already proven, adapted to local realities and ready to be implemented by municipalities and intercommunal authorities across France:

  • 10 proposals for large cities
  • 10 proposals for less densely populated areas

These proposals will address both the mobility of people and goods.

An invitation to contribute to a collective initiative

Anyone wishing to submit ideas can do so until October 30. Submitted proposals will be evaluated by a panel of experts from the Movin’On community.

To be selected among the 20 proposals, submissions must meet five criteria:

  • Potential : ability to address various sustainable mobility challenges.
  • Feasibility : within the scope of a municipal or intercommunal mandate
  • Impact Measurable : tangible benefits for residents and stakeholders.
  • Replicability : solutions that can be adapted to other territories.
  • Credibility : positive feedback from prior experience with a viable or low-cost economic model, and clearly identified stakeholders.

With Bleu Blanc Move, we continue to provide pragmatic responses to major mobility challenges by co-creating solutions with stakeholders that are practical, realistic, and adaptable. Our ambition is clear: to accelerate the implementation of sustainable mobility solutions and scale up the experiments already underway. Bleu Blanc Move aims to amplify this effort, everywhere and for everyone, starting with the opportunity offered by the upcoming municipal elections.

Project Timeline

  • Proposal submission: until October 30, 2025
  • Analysis by expert community
  • Announcement of the first 10 selected proposals: November 18, 2025
  • Presentation of the 20 final proposals: from December 1, 2025 1st décembre 2025

Why is this so important?

In a few months, newly elected officials will make decisions that will shape the next five years. These choices will have a direct impact on our mobility, our territories, and our quality of life.

Bleu Blanc Move is an opportunity to act collectively. By sharing these proposals, we can make our voices heard and turn sustainable mobility into a concrete lever for positive transformation across France.

We therefore invite you to join this initiative. The more people contribute, the greater our impact will be.
