Today, it is releasing a world-first survey of 1,090 local councillors, carried out in partnership with the Association des Maires Ruraux de France (AMRF\/Association of Rural Mayors) to get their views on mobility.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">This survey is all the more important in that no study, in France or internationally, has so far questioned their perception of mobility. And this at a time when local councillors have become key players through the Mobility Orientation Act (Loi d'Orientation des Mobilit\u00e9s - LOM).<\/p><p>In 2021, the Autonomous Vehicle Community of Interest consisted of 11 companies - BNP Paribas Cardif, Faurecia, Groupama, Kantar, MACIF, MAIF, Michelin, Microsoft, Orange, SNCF and Vinci - and today includes Beti and Navya with a view to testing automated vehicles in the Val de Dr\u00f4me in 2022. It is therefore mobilizing around a key theme: \"mobility for all, autonomy for all via shared autonomous vehicles\".<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cb4480 elementor-blockquote--skin-border elementor-blockquote--button-view-icon-text elementor-blockquote--button-skin-classic elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"7cb4480\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\tLike most French people, local councillors still know little about autonomous vehicles. However, they are fully aware of the opportunities offered by shared and collective autonomous mobility. be a good thing for their region.<\/strong><\/li><li>Yet, to roll out this type of solution is consider by\u00a0<strong>77 %<\/strong>\u00a0of them as difficult<\/li><li>Local elected officials and the French are looking ahead to different kinds of autonomous vehicle.<\/li><li>Private cars are still\u00a0<strong>the preferred choice for 76%<\/strong>\u00a0of French people.<\/li><li>Conversely,\u00a0<strong>44% of elected representatives<\/strong>\u00a0who responded said they preferred autonomous public transport (such as autonomous shuttles), and<\/li><li><strong>38% spoke of autonomous<\/strong>\u00a0on-demand transport (like a robot-taxi).<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
