pour favoriser la mobilit\u00e9 de tous en particulier dans les territoires ruraux et p\u00e9riurbains, la Macif a cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2019 au sein de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me Movin\u2019On, premier \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me mondial de co-innovation en faveur de la mobilit\u00e9 durable, une Communaut\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 ce sujet. Elle regroupe aujourd\u2019hui 12 entreprises majeures qui travaillent ensemble dans une d\u00e9marche d\u2019open innovation : <strong>beti, BNP Paribas Cardif, Forvia, Gama, Kantar, Macif, Maif, Michelin, Microsoft, Orange, SNCF et Vinci.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Les travaux s\u2019appuient en outre sur un Conseil d\u2019orientation compos\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants des entreprises membres<\/strong> (Yann Arnaud \u2013 Macif, Alexis Offergeld \u2013 Movin\u2019On LAB), de chercheurs et d\u2019experts (Henriette Cornet \u2013 Experte en mobilit\u00e9 automatis\u00e9e, G\u00e9rard Hernja \u2013 \u00c9cole de Conduite Fran\u00e7aise, Francis Demoz \u2013 Laboratoire de la Mobilit\u00e9 Inclusive), et d\u2019acteurs politiques (Damien Adam \u2013 d\u00e9put\u00e9 de Seine-Maritime, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Cuillerier \u2013 maire de Saint-Ay (Loiret) et co-pr\u00e9sident de la commission \u00ab Transports, mobilit\u00e9s, voierie \u00bb de l\u2019AMF). Le r\u00f4le de ces sept grands t\u00e9moins est de partager avec la Communaut\u00e9 leur vision du sujet et de l\u2019aider \u00e0 orienter ses travaux.<\/p><p>La Communaut\u00e9 se concentre sur un mod\u00e8le sp\u00e9cifique : la navette automatis\u00e9e partag\u00e9e qui pourrait permettre de d\u00e9senclaver les territoires, d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transition \u00e9cologique et de faciliter la mobilit\u00e9 des populations pour un meilleur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, l\u2019\u00e9ducation, la sant\u00e9 etc. L\u2019objectif est en effet de favoriser l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019une mobilit\u00e9 plus durable et plus inclusive, \u00e0 la fois socialement et territorialement, gr\u00e2ce aux v\u00e9hicules automatis\u00e9s.<\/p><p>La Communaut\u00e9 souhaite ainsi apporter une contribution diff\u00e9rente et novatrice en se mobilisant autour d\u2019un axe fort :<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bea52b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bea52b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">MOBILIT\u00c9 POUR TOUS, AUTONOMIE POUR TOUS\nVIA LE V\u00c9HICULE AUTOMATIS\u00c9 PARTAG\u00c9,\nDANS LES TERRITOIRES RURAUX &amp; P\u00c9RIURBAINS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a3ea40 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6a3ea40\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>La Communaut\u00e9 a engag\u00e9 en 2023 un nouveau programme de travail de trois ans.<\/strong> Il est orient\u00e9 par la volont\u00e9 de ses entreprises membres de tester empiriquement un syst\u00e8me de transport routier automatis\u00e9 en zone rurale et p\u00e9riurbaine et de contribuer \u00e0 la mise en place de services commerciaux sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire.<\/p><p>Ce nouveau cycle doit en effet permettre \u00e0 la Communaut\u00e9 de passer d&#8217;une r\u00e9flexion th\u00e9orique sur la possibilit\u00e9 et l&#8217;opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper la mobilit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re automatis\u00e9e en zone peu dense, \u00e0 une r\u00e9flexion pratique ancr\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne des territoires et de leurs habitants. La Communaut\u00e9 entend ainsi d\u00e9montrer les apports concrets d\u2019un service de transport routier automatis\u00e9 partag\u00e9 ou collectif dans les territoires ruraux et p\u00e9riurbains.<\/p><p>Dans cette perspective, elle s\u2019est associ\u00e9e au pilote de service \u00ab R\u00e9seau Inclusif de Mobilit\u00e9 Automatis\u00e9e \u00bb (RIMA) qui sera d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de 2024 sur le territoire rural de Crest et de la Communaut\u00e9 de Communes du Val de Dr\u00f4me.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div s\u2019articule plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment autour de quatre grands objectifs :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>d\u00e9velopper un mod\u00e8le holistique et r\u00e9plicable pour le d\u00e9ploiement de syst\u00e8mes de transports routiers automatis\u00e9s en territoire rural et p\u00e9riurbain ;<\/li><li>conserver une d\u00e9marche centr\u00e9e sur le service afin d\u2019analyser son acceptation et son adoption par les utilisateurs ;<\/li><li>renforcer la perspective comparative des travaux de la Communaut\u00e9, en capitalisant sur les projets r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en France, en Europe et dans le monde ;<\/li><li>contribuer activement \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie nationale de d\u00e9veloppement de la mobilit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re automatis\u00e9e et connect\u00e9e, en nourrissant le bien commun gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019enqu\u00eates in\u00e9dites.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>Afin d&#8217;affirmer la coh\u00e9rence avec la strat\u00e9gie nationale et l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me fran\u00e7ais, mais aussi \u00e9viter les confusions avec le niveau 5 d\u2019automatisation qui appara\u00eet aujourd\u2019hui inaccessible, <strong>les entreprises membres ont d&#8217;ailleurs fait le choix de rebaptiser la Communaut\u00e9 en : COMMUNAUT\u00c9 D&#8217;INT\u00c9R\u00caT MOVIN\u2019ON SUR LE V\u00c9HICULE AUTOMATIS\u00c9 \u00bb (CIVA).<\/strong><\/p><p>T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez notre
